We will help to mark the parcel as a “gift” or “sample clothes” at a low value to skip or shorten the tax. If you need us to declare a particular amount, please let us know in advance. And we could help to make invoice as well if you need. We are not responsibility for packages held by custom in its destination country. If parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
The quality of product and service are the most important for Fairies Tell. So before sending the parcel out, We always check the product twice and packaging by ourselves.
How to settle the problem if the item is defective ? We are sorry for the defective , and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your kind support for our work.
If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Please take clear photos on the defect, then send images to us so that we can check. All returned items must be in the original condition in order to refund or exchange. The tracking number is needed after shipping out.
We will cover the regular shipping cost if the item is identified by us with defect or not as advertised.
We also accept exchange or return if you are not satisfied with our item. But shipping cost is non-refundable.
The refund is conducted by aliexpress and it usually takes about 5~10 days for you to receive the refund. Please kindly contact with the customer service of aliexpress if you don’t receive the refund after a certain day.
